“长皱纹”几乎烦扰过每一个在意外表的女性，让人感觉老了、不好看了。


但是，皱纹多寡不光是外表问题，它可能还反映了骨骼状况。


一项美国耶鲁大学医学院妇产与生殖医学团队的研究发现，


更年期女性脸上皱纹多寡、分布与整体的肤质，


在一定程度上透露了她们骨密度和骨折的风险。


在研究中，团队对比了114位中年女性脸部及颈部皱纹的严重程度，


以及额头及脸颊皮肤的紧密度，并测量了骨骼的质量和密度。


结果发现，皱纹多且深的女性，骨密度也低；而皱纹少的女性，骨密度比较高。


研究人员认为，皮肤和骨骼都含有胶原蛋白，如果皮肤皱纹多且深，


说明皮肤缺少胶原蛋白，骨骼也同样如此，所以骨密度低、骨折风险高。
