WTVQ An arrest is made in a murder that happened back in October in Lexington.Court documents say 30-year-old Robert McKissic shot and killed 51-year-old Anthony Carter on Jeffery Court on October 26, 2017.Documents say a witness saw McKissic and Carter arguing then heard a pop and saw Carter clutching his chest.The witness told police McKissic could be seen walking away toward Daniel Court. Eastern box turtles are known to be sold on the Chinese black market for $1,000 each, the affidavit stated.Her cellphone was seized, and a search by law enforcement found communications showing that she tried to smuggle the turtles into Canada so that they could eventually be sold for a profit in Hong Kong, according to the plea agreement.
