The requirement of masking up against COVID-19 is no longer needed in Ontario.Is it too soon  What does that mean to you Ontario announced today  March 9  that it will drop its mask mandate on March 21, which will see kids return to school following March break, maskless if they choose to do that.               ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW                                        Dr. Kieran Moore, Ontarios chief medical officer of health, announ stanley cup ced the move saying we have to do our own risk assessment.Moor said it   up to individuals now if they want to wear a mask or  stanley termosky not - it   no longer mandated. The province is already reporting 27 new deaths due to COVID-19. Members of the Hannibal Board of Education sent their anger in all directions Wednesday night. They were angry with stanley quencher  the teachers union, with the state, and, at times, with each other as they decided not to decide on a budget and thought out loud about defying the state.They learned at the start of the meeting that the gap in the proposed 2011-12 budget between spending and income is $529,369. The deficit equals about a 7.75% increase in the tax levy if no spending cuts are made and no money is taken from district reserves.That number assumes that all district programs, services and employees would be kept at the current years levels, with increases or decreases factored in where the number was known. The number assumes that all employees will accept no pay increase for next year.
