Photo provided by Oswego Police Departmen stanley cups t.OSWEGO 鈥?On April 10, 2023, at approximately 5:38 p.m., patrol officers with the Oswego Police Department observed a motorcycle driving recklessly in the area of W Bridge Street and W 1st Street in the City of Oswego. Officers observed the motorcycle  splitting lanes  and operating at a high rate of speed. Officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on the motorcycle, however, the motorcyclist did not stop and fle stanley cup d the area.Officers terminated the attempted traffic stop and immediately began an investigation. Through that investigation, it was determined that the ope stanley becher rator of the motorcycle was Destin M. Clark, age 24, of Fulton, NY.
