一、什么是帕金森病

帕金森病(Parkinson‘s disease，PD)是常见的年龄相关性的神经退行性疾病，

60岁以上人群的患病率为1%~2%，

75岁以上的老人患病率高达10%，

但患者中约有48%的人并没有意识到自己患病，

早期帕金森病的延误治疗率高达60%。

二、帕金森病的主要症状可以分两类：

我们常见的帕金森病症状主要是运动症状，包括“抖”“慢”“僵”和“倒”，

但在这些突出的运动症状出现前，还存在非运动症状，


例如，嗅觉丧失，快速眼球运动睡眠期行为障碍RBD，便秘等。

诊断PD仍然依赖临床症状和体征，

在疾病中晚期出现典型症状时不难诊断。

但在早期，误诊为脑血管病甚至颈椎病等其他疾病，并且行手术治疗的患者不在少数。
