Donald Trump on Monday unveiled a five-point ethics reform plan that includes a five-year ban on lobbying by former lawmakers and their staffs as well as former executive branch officials. In a campaign press release, Trump said he would call on Congress to pass legislation to make his proposal a reality. I am going to re-institute a 5-year ban on all executive branch officials lobbying the government for 5 years after they leave government service.
