运动让每年让数百万人免于早亡

生命在于运动。那运动对健康有何益处？又该如何运动？

由英国剑桥大学领衔的研究团队在《柳叶刀·全球健康》上研究成果表明，

每周至少进行150分钟中等强度有氧运动，

或75分钟高强度运动，或同等强度的运动组合，

在全球范围内，每年至少可以预防390万40岁—74岁的成年人过早死亡，

而在我国，这个数字是100多万人。

这也是科学家首次在全球范围内评估运动对过早死亡的影响。
