调查发现目前我国平均分娩镇痛普及率约30%，


中西部地区许多医院的分娩镇痛普及率不足10%。


其实，无痛分娩已在我国推行许多年。


2018年11月，国家卫生健康委员会下发《关于开展分娩镇痛试点工作的通知》。


2019年3月，912家医院成为第一批国家分娩镇痛试点医院。


据国家卫健委分娩镇痛试点专家工作组组长米卫东介绍，


这些试点医院在2017年底的无痛分娩普及率是27.5%左右，


经过3年努力，2020年底达到了53.2%。


无痛分娩推行多年，为何普及率不高?


中华医学会麻醉学分会产科麻醉学组副组长、首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院麻醉科主任徐铭军表示，此


前我们做过摸底调研统计，北京市94家医院2018-2020年分娩镇痛率分别为36.29%、39.22%和41.17%，


全国的分娩镇痛普及率在20%左右，


目前无痛分娩推行多年为何普及率不高的原因主要有两大部分，


一是患者不知道、不了解、不认可；二是我国麻醉科医师总体短缺。

患者：不知道、不了解、不认可


首先，目前还很多孕妇和家属还并不知道，有“分娩镇痛”这么好的技术和手段，


可以帮助孕产妇在分娩过程中缓解痛苦；


其次，不少人对分娩镇痛并不了解，甚至还有一些错误的认知，担心对孩子和产妇造成影响；


第三是对分娩镇痛的一个认可程度不高，认为打了分娩镇痛以后，势必会影响宫缩、产程、产力，这样旧的观点。

医生：当前我国麻醉师数量短缺


如果麻醉科医师对开展分娩镇痛技术新业务积极性不高，那在医院的普及率就不会太高。


从目前来看，分娩镇痛技术开展好的几乎都是在妇产专科医院。


一些大的综合医院的麻醉科医师面临的更多是器官移植、开胸、开颅、骨科等大手术，


他们应对临床这些危重的大手术都应付不过来，所以就无暇顾及分娩镇痛了。
