今日（14日），国务院联防联控机制就重点人群健康保障有关情况举行发布会，并回答记者提问。

会上，有记者问，本轮疫情以来，是否做了相关统计，目前全国新冠死亡病例的总体情况如何？

对此，国家卫生健康委医政司司长焦雅辉介绍，通过分析显示，

2022年12月8日至2023年1月12日，全国医疗机构累计发生在院新冠病毒感染相关死亡病例59938例，

其中新冠病毒感染导致呼吸功能衰竭死亡病例5503例，基础疾病合并新冠病毒感染死亡病例54435例。

“死亡病例平均年龄80.3岁，65岁及以上约占90.1%，

其中80岁及以上约占56.5%，死亡病例中90%以上合并有基础疾病，

主要合并疾病为心血管疾病、晚期肿瘤、脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、代谢性疾病、肾功能不全。”

焦雅辉指出，由于冬季本身是老年人呼吸系统疾病高发和心脑血管疾病加重季节，

近期与新冠病毒感染相叠加，因此老年人的病亡人数比较多，

这提示要更加关注老年患者，尽最大努力挽救患者生命。

焦雅辉还表示，为了提高医疗机构报告效率，

国家卫生健康委组织开发了医疗机构死亡病例信息报告平台，于2022年12月31日投入使用。

医疗机构自2022年12月31日起，每日报告前一日新冠病毒感染相关死亡病例情况，没有死亡病例的实行零报告。

另外，要求医疗机构将2022年12月8日至12月29日期间新冠病毒感染相关死亡病例进行了统一收集、汇总和上报。

由于数据信息量比较大，为了更加科学、客观、实事求是地反映我国新冠病毒感染导致的死亡情况，

本着对人民群众负责的态度，国家卫生健康组织专家对死亡病例进行了系统分析，因此耗时比较长。
