Barney Frank, after Frank suggested to a local newspaper that Democrats should slash the defense budget by up to 25 percentand eventually may have to raise taxes on the rich. Chairman Frankrsquo  plans are not only  stanley cup becher wrong, but incredibly irresponsible, Boehner said in a statement. Yet, they are just a taste of the extreme policies wersquo;ll be seeing in Washington if Democrats are given complete control.
