30日上午，国家卫生健康委召开新闻发布会。

发布会上，中华预防医学会妇女保健分会主任委员、中国疾控中心慢性病首席专家王临虹介绍了我国HPV疫苗接种情况。

• 目前，我国已有5款HPV疫苗产品获批注册，包含3款进口HPV疫苗和2款国产HPV疫苗。
• 国家常规免疫报表数据显示，2018年至2020年，HPV疫苗接种数量逐年上升，从2018年的341.7万剂次上升至2020年的1227.9万剂次。
• 但总体上看，目前HPV疫苗依然处于供不应求状态，我国适龄女性HPV疫苗接种率处于较低水平。
• 下一步，国家将大力总结推广先行先试经验，促进免费HPV疫苗接种政策覆盖更多人群。同时，加大多部门协作力度，逐步解决HPV疫苗供应不足等问题，努力满足接种需求。
• 目前，我国可应用的HPV疫苗有二价、四价和九价疫苗，使用的年龄范围为9—45岁女性。引起宫颈癌的HPV高危型别最主要的是16和18亚型，所以，二价HPV疫苗即可预防约70%的宫颈癌。

• HPV疫苗对于尚未感染HPV病毒的青少年女性接种，其保护效果最佳。世界卫生组织推荐9—14岁女孩是HPV接种的首要人群，越早接种，效果越好。在目前疫苗供应紧张的情况下，不要因为等待更高价型疫苗而错过最佳接种时间。
