关于「功能性胃肠病」

1. 功能性胃肠病是个总称，可累及胃肠道的各个部分，如食管、胃、胆道、小肠、大肠、肛门等。

常见的具体疾病包括功能性消化不良、肠易激综合征、功能性便秘等。

2. 以目前的医学水平和检查手段，在功能性胃肠病的患者中没有发现肿瘤、炎症、感染等病变，但患者有腹痛、烧心、便秘等不适症状。

另外，各种功能性胃肠病还可能伴有胃肠道外的症状，如头晕、头痛、失眠、焦虑、抑郁、注意力不集中等。

3. 一般认为，各种功能性胃肠病，不会引起死亡率的增加，也不会缩短寿命。

但如果过于在乎疾病，并进行了不必要的外科治疗、侵入性检查、药物治疗等，或导致心境障碍、抑郁症等精神心理问题，则可能会引起死亡率增加、寿命缩短。
