“飞蚊症”一般是由玻璃体变性引起的，是一种自然老化现象，常见于老年人。

但随着电子产品的广泛应用，


很多年轻人因为高强度的工作导致用眼过度或长期使用手机、电脑造成了眼睛疲劳而患上“飞蚊症”。


一般生理性的“飞蚊症”不需要治疗，注意休息，


不要过度用眼就能好，但如果是病理性的可能会有失明的危险。


北京同仁医院眼底病科主任医师张新媛介绍，飞蚊症分为两种：


病理性飞蚊症和生理性飞蚊症。


病理性飞蚊症是疾病的表现，通过简单检查就能发现，把病因祛除，“小飞虫”就不见了。


而生理性飞蚊症目前病因尚不明确，也不用进行特殊治疗。


多数的飞蚊症是良性的，只有少数会对眼球有严重威胁。


通常如果两眼都有飞蚊现象，无法确定是哪一只眼睛有飞蚊者，


若持续时间已很久，且这些现象并没有加重或产生变化，


飞蚊位置也固定的话，多为良性。


反之，突然性黑影增多还伴有其他症状，


例如眼前闪光或有黑影遮住视野、视力变弱等，多属不良征兆。


确定为生理性飞蚊症之后，一般无需治疗。


如果黑影持续存在，一般应半年至一年到医院检查一次，以防情况有所变化。
